  3. Sign an agreement, pay a 50% deposit, and start your project!

The Signature Design Process

  • This is where we get everything ready for the project. You’ll get a Project Map to guide you through every step, along with a Prep Guide that includes:

    • A shared Google Drive folder to upload logos, photos, and other important materials.

    • A background questionnaire to learn more about your business.

    • A design questionnaire to find out your style and preferences.

  • Now we explore ideas for your site’s look and feel. In this phase, we’ll:

    • Show you a moodboard to help set the overall vibe of your website (colors, fonts, images).

    • Share website templates so you can see different layout options and choose what you like.

  • Here’s where your website starts to come to life! We:

    • Finalize the design based on your feedback (colors, layout, and style).

    • Build the functionality to make sure everything works smoothly and is easy to use.

  • The big moment – launching your website! In this phase, we:

    • Launch the site and make it live for the world to see.

    • Do a final check to make sure everything works perfectly.

    • Help with optimization to keep your site running well and performing great.

  • I start by getting to know your photography style, target audience, and business goals through a detailed onboarding process. This includes a questionnaire and consultation where we discuss your vision. From there, I craft a visual identity and website that aligns with your artistic voice and resonates with your ideal clients.

  • I recommend Squarespace because it’s user-friendly, visually stunning, and offers excellent tools for photographers, like image galleries and SEO features. However, I also work with other platforms like WordPress, Showit, and Wix if they better suit your needs or preferences.

  • Your input is essential throughout the process! I’ll involve you in key stages, from initial concepts to final designs, to ensure the outcome reflects your vision. I use collaborative tools and regular feedback sessions to keep you informed and empowered every step of the way.

  • For web design, I typically present an initial homepage or key layout concept that sets the tone for the rest of the site. Once you approve the direction, I’ll proceed with designing the other pages. You’ll have the opportunity to request 2 rounds of revisions at each stage to ensure the design meets your expectations.

  • Branding and web design projects typically take 6–8 weeks, depending on the complexity of your needs. I’ll provide a clear timeline upfront with milestones so you’ll always know what to expect. If you have a specific deadline, I’ll work to accommodate it as much as possible.

  • Your satisfaction is my priority. That’s why I incorporate your feedback throughout the process, ensuring you’re happy with each stage before moving forward. If you’re not satisfied with a concept, we’ll work together to refine it during the included revision rounds. Open communication is key to creating a design you love.

  • I accept payments viabank tranfers and Paypal. A 50% deposit is required upfront in order to secure your project date. The remaining amount may be split into two even, monthly payments.

  • We work with international clients all the time and depending on how big the time difference is, your session might be stretched into a few more days, but not longer than a week for final file delivery.
